Sausage, fennel and chilli ragu

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add a drizzle of oil to a large saucepan and place over a medium heat. Add the sausages and break them up with the back of a wooden spoon
* Step 2
Cook for 5-10 minutes until cooked through, then add the chopped shallot, garlic, fennel and chilli flakes. Cook for 2-3 minutes then add the wine and cook for 4-5 minutes stirring occasionally
* Step 4
Add the tomatoes, season with pepper and simmer, stirring occasionally for 10-15 minutes until reduced a little, then add the milk, cook for 5 minutes more. Meanwhile cook the pasta, drain and add to the sauce serve with fresh Parmesan
