Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Bring a small pan of water to the boil over a medium heat, remove the woody ends of your asparagus and add to the water with a pinch of salt

Simmer for 2-3 minutes until tender. Drain and return to the pan with the butter, toss until the butter has melted, add a squeeze of lemon and serve
