Tomato, cucumber and avocado salad
Just a lovely, fresh, quick and easy salad. The sweeter the tomatoes the better in my opinion - perfect for summer in the uk when tomatoes are in season. I served this salad as a side for a homemade bbq chicken shawarma flatbread - recipe here https://cookpad.com/uk/r/14667490

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Put the chopped tomato, cucumber and avocado in a bowl with the fresh herbs
* Step 2
Add the lemon juice, olive oil, avocado - mix everything together. Season to taste and top with sumac.
