On -the -move lunchbox for me, added Plain Wheat Crackers to make it also a “ fat- burning” one! Used Frozen peas and Sweetcorn to help keep the food cold until it was time to eat! #Quick,#Tasty,#Budget,#Healthy!

Ingredient

340 Grams

No-Drain Salmon

160 Grams

Peas Frozen!

1 Tablespoon

Mayonnaise

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Put Salmon, Sweetcorn and Peas into your container and mix evenly with a fork adding Mayonnaise to make it more “ sticky” and moist.

Butter your crackers, if using, place in another container. Use a napkin around the edge, to prevent shaking and breaking! Add cold blocks and your Lunch is all done!
