Cinnamon and Nutmeg Pudding Rice

Just to show I can make sweet desserts as well as meaty meals!!. This one is a GrandMum favourite with our family! #Budget, #Familyfriendly, #Onepotcooking, #Easy.... can be eaten hot or cold.

Ingredient

Food ration :

4-6 portions
200 Grams

Pudding Rice

100 Grams

Sugar

1 liter

Milk

500 mls

Water

2 teaspoons

Grated Nutmeg

1 teaspoon

Grated Cinnamon

100 Grams

Butter

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a large saucepan, put Pudding Rice, Sugar, Milk, and Water then heat slowly until just bubbling. Pour into a heat- proof dish.

* Step 2

Sprinkle the Cinnamon, Nutmeg and pieces of Butter over the top. Cook for 30-40 minutesIna medium- hot oven until Golden Brown on top, and and the Pudding Rice has absorbed all the liquid.
