Garlic and Cayenne Chicken
A version of roast chicken that can be eaten hot or cold. #chicken #lunchbox
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Slice Chicken breasts into half through the width to make thinner pieces. Slice not all the way through, along the length of the pieces.
* Step 2
Place in an oven tray and drizzle Lemon Juice over the chicken. Then add a sprinkle of minced Garlic and Cayenne Pepper.
* Step 3
Cook in a medium to hot oven for about 25-30 minutes until tender and cooked through. Enjoy and eat hot or cold!
