Cowboys Chili
I had a crowd to feed and they all wanted chili but wanted to try a different version of it and so this is my Easy Version. So far no complaints and the pot is always empty ;)
Ingredient

10-12 servings
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a large skillet brown the ground beef and chopped onions til cooked through. Then drain the grease.
* Step 2
To a large soup pot add the drained beef mixture and the rest of ingredients. Heat on medium high heat stirring occasionally so it dont burn til completely heated through. Then serve and enjoy. *** FYI: I serve my chili with sour cream, shredded cheese, scallions/green onions, and a Pan of homemade cornbread.
