COCONUT CHUTNEY PRE-MIX

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Put little oil in a pan add finely chopped green chilies.till crisp.add grated ginger,and coriander leaves fry till dry.
* Step 2
Add roasted gram fry,add desiccated coconut fry for 1minutes it should not change its color.
* Step 3
Cool all ingredients and grind with 1/2 tsp salt.
* Step 4
Add oil in tempering pan add mustard seeds,Urad dal.asafoetida,curry leaves red chilli
* Step 5
Mix tempering with ground chutney.
* Step 6
Fill this mixture in a jar and cover.
* Step 7
Take two tbsp premix add two tsp cord mix this chutney is ready to eat.
