Fruit and nut bread
This bread is so versatile. You can add anything you fancy. Olives. Sun dried tomatoes. Use your imagination!!.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In large bowl add flour. Add all dry ingredients.
* Step 2
Make a small well in flour and add the water. (Tepid).
* Step 3
Mix together with hands until it forms into a ball.
* Step 4
Remove from bowl and start to knead/pummel for ten minutes. You push forward with heal of hand then fold back.
* Step 5
After 10 minutes of kneading place in a oiled bowl somewhere warm for 30 mins.
* Step 6
After the 30 mins. Divide into 2 or three. Make a well in middle and add your fruit nuts. Mix in well with your hands.
* Step 7
Place in tray or tin again in a warm place for another 30 mins.
* Step 8
After 30 mins bake in oven. 180 degrees for approx 30 mins. To test if cooked turn upside down and tap. It should sound hollow. Eat!!
