Winterberry Pavlova

A Sunday pudding for a birthday celebration.

Ingredient

400 grams

caster sugar

500 mls

double cream

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 120 degrees. Place eggs whites in bowl and whisk until soft and fluffy. If poss use a mixer.

* Step 2

Add the sugar a little at a time until the mixture is soft and shinny and forms soft peaks.

* Step 3

Place mixture onto a flat tray covered with grease proof paper. Shape with a fork so that middle has slight indentation.

* Step 4

Place in oven and bake for 1hr 45 mins. Then leave in oven overnight or leave to cool.

* Step 5

When cold beat cream and cover the meringue. Place fruit on top. Serve and enjoy
