Sophie's baked parmesan polenta avocado

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

* Step 2

Mix your dry ingredients together.

* Step 3

Dip a slice of avocado in the yogurt. Make sure it is a thin layer.

* Step 4

Dip your yogurt coated avocado slice into your dry mix.

* Step 5

Place on a baking tray sprayed with baking spray.

* Step 6

Repeat.

* Step 7

Bake for 30 minutes.

* Step 8

Serve and enjoy! I had mine with sour cream, but I think a tomato sauce would work best as a dipping sauce.
