Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Par boil potatoe, carrot and swede for 10 minutes, drain and allow to cool.

* Step 2

When cool grate vegetables, add courgette, flour and egg and season.

* Step 3

Heat oil in a large frying pan and cook rosti mixture in small flat fritters for 2-3 minutes on both sides until golden and crisp.
