Crepe

A Recipe from a Blender book

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

I used my Nutri Ninja Blender, the large Cup Attachment has measurement lines on it and so I poured the Pasteurized Cow Milk too the 300ml line and then cracked a large hen egg into the milk and then added One generous pinch of Table Salt and then I weighed out the Plain Flour on my Scale - 125g Plain Flour and then used a Dessert Spoon too gently transfer the Plain Flour into the Nutri Ninja Blender Cup and then I put the blade Lid on

* Step 2

Blend for 10 seconds and then detach, place Blender Cup upright on the Kitchen side - if using a large Tamper Blender will probably have too use a Plastic Spatula too bring the Flour on the sides into the Pancake Batter mix - blend for another 10 seconds and then detach again etc. Allow too rest for at least 20 minutes

* Step 3

Place One or Two tablespoons of Sunflower Oil etc. in your large non-stick Ninja Frying Pan etc. and then pour the excess Cooking Oil into a small Dessert Bowl etc. and then with a medium sized Ladle - add One Ladle of the homemade Pancake Batter into the hot Frying Pan and then when the One side is done - use a large flat - wooden - Frying Pan Spatula too turn the Pancake over and then briefly cook on the otherside

* Step 4

Add Lemon juice and Caster Sugar or Lemon juice and Runny Honey or Maple Syrup instead of the runny honey. I used 5 heaped Dessert Spoons of Caster Sugar too the juice of Two whole Lemons
