Passata Minestrone

Can use a homemade Vegetable Stock with quartered raw tomatoes added later within a sieved homemade Vegetable Stock . Minestrone is a thick soup that always has tomatoes through it in some way . Can use Rissoto Rice in a Minestrone and so the cooking process of the rice would thicken the homemade Vegetable Stock - can use Pasta and Rice

Ingredient

1 or 2 people

Cooking time :

20 minutes

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil cold tap water in a medium sized saucepan and then cook the Dried Fusilli Pasta in the water within the 20 minute Period. Boil mainly on a medium hob heat because the water will boil over otherwise

* Step 2

Fry the roughly chopped Onion or onions in a non-stick Frying Pan on mainly a low hob simmer for 15 minutes and then water wash the salted water away from the tin of Red Kidney Beans and then drain through a Rice Sieve and then add the Red Kidney Beans to the Frying Pan and then add your homemade Passata Tomato Soup, could use tin's of Shop bought Tomato Soup

* Step 3

Bring too the boil the Tomato Soup within the non-stick Frying Pan - along with the cooked Onions and Red Kidney Beans and then drain the cooked Fusilli Pasta through a sieve and then add the cooked Fusilli Pasta too the non-stick Frying Pan and stir gently with a Dessert Spoon too coat the cooked Pasta with the thick soup
