Spaghetti Carbonara

Spaghetti Carbonara

Can take as long as 30 minutes to cook , because a large Pasta Cauldron of cold water takes about 10 minutes too become boiling hot water , did use Shop bought Dried Spaghetti so it takes longer too cook

Ingredient

Food ration :

1 or 2 People

Cooking time :

30 minutes

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Fry the bacon on both sides and then allow the cooked bacon too go cold

* Step 2

Boil a large amount of cold tap water in a Cauldron Saucepan and then add the 250g Dried Spaghetti Pasta and then boil briskly for about 15 minutes

* Step 3

Crack the 4 hen eggs into a large mixing bowl and then beat with a Dinner Fork and then grate 80g of Parmesan Cheese into the raw beaten eggs - break up with your hands the cold cooked bacon into the large mixing bowl. I added 125g Mascarpone Cream Cheese, but you don't have too use that - or Liquid Double Cream or Single Cream

* Step 4

Use a Spaghetti Hook Slotted Spoon too place the very hot Spaghetti Pasta into the large mixing bowl with the raw beaten eggs in etc. and then maybe place a Frying Pan Lid over the top of the large mixing bowl - does not matter if some of the hot Pasta water gets into the large mixing bowl. Do eat most of it - before it gets cold. Enjoy
