Beef Madras with Rice

Beef Madras with Rice

As it says on the jar of Madras Cooking Sauce that Beef is the idea meat too go with that Curry Sauce and Pilau Rice is recommended to go with it - I used Basmati Rice

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Place the 2 mugs of cold water in the medium sized saucepan and then fill the raw Basmati Rice too the top of the large 500ml mug and then add all the rice too the Rice Sieve and run the cold tap water over the raw rice - shake - and then run more cold tap water through the raw Basmati Rice and then add too the saucepan of cold water - cook through on the hob until the water has evaporated and then allow too cool with the Saucepan Lid on

* Step 2

Place the 2 tablespoons of Vegetable Oil in the large Wok or non-stick Wok and then wash the 2 Sirloin Beef Steaks under the cold water tap and then place them in the hot Vegetable Oil and then shallow fry on the highest hob heat for minute on the One sides and then turn over too cook them on the otherside for One minute and then turn the hob heat down too a medium setting and then cook for 5 minutes on each side and then allow too cool on a Dinner Plate

* Step 3

Add roughly chopped onions too the Wok and then mainly gently fry for 10 minutes

* Step 4

After frying the onions for 10 minutes - add the jar of Madras Cooking Sauce and then gently simmer with the Wok Lid on for 20 minutes

* Step 5

Carve all the cooked Beef Steaks into small squares and then place the squares from One Sirloin Beef Steak into a sealed plastic food bag and then place half of the cooked rice into a solid Plastic Container with Lid and put half of the Curry Sauce into a smaller solid Plastic Container with Lid and then store in the Fridge

* Step 6

Place what's left of the cold cooked rice and beef squares into the Wok and then gently simmer with the Wok Lid on for about 5 minutes and then scrape with the Wooden Spoon and eat with the Dinner Fork. Add some pinches of Table Salt too the hot cooked rice. Save the rest for a dinner tomorrow
