Don't have too salt the raw shredded potatoes . Salt could affect the shallow frying process by drawing out unwanted moisture during the shallow frying . Serve with a sauce , such as a Shop bought Sweet Chilli Sauce

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Peel the potatoes and then weigh out the potatoes on a One tray Scale and then wash the peeled potatoes under the cold water tap and then place them through the Tefal disc grate (the right side up) while the Tefal Food Processor is on full speed and then allow the raw shredded potatoes too sit in cold tap water overnight within a large mixing bowl etc.. Other alternative is too take some of the raw shredded potatoes and place them inside a muslin cloth and squeeze out the Starch

* Step 2

Place One tablespoon of Vegetable Oil in a non-stick Wok etc. and then heat the Vegetable Oil through on a Gas hob stove etc. and then place a small bundle of raw shredded potato into the palm of One of your Hands and then squeeze out the Starchy cold water and then eventually add the 3 raw Rosti's

* Step 3

Shallow fry on the lowest hob simmering heat for 15 minutes and then turn them over and then shallow fry for a further 15 minutes. Don't use a Wok Lid or Frying Pan Lid - no need too cover during the shallow frying process. The Rosti's are usually served as part of a breakfast with rashers of bacon, sausages and fried eggs, or poached eggs etc.
