Egg and Cress Sandwiche filler

I made the Recipe up. My mum can't cook very well, but my mum does make a similar Recipe by hard boiling hen eggs and then peeling the egg shells off when cold and then she mash's up the eggs with a Dinner Fork and then add's Shop bought Salad Cream . My mum does not like Mayonnaise

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Hard boil hen eggs in their shell's mainly on a low hob simmer for 20 minutes and then drain the hot water away and then allow the cooked eggs to get cold before peeling the egg shells off

* Step 2

Add the cold water washed hard boiled eggs too your Tefal Food Processor (or your own Brand) and then add the cold water washed Cress - use a small pair of scissors to cut too the bottom of the Cress - add almost a whole Cup of Salad Cream and then add 3 Cup's of Shop bought Mayonnaise (could use homemade Mayonnaise).

* Step 3

Blend until smooth. Use a Plastic Spatula too empty into a large Plastic Container with Lid and then put the lid on and then store in the Fridge
