Lemon Coriander Cous Cous Chicken an Chutney

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat the oven to Gas Mark 6. Place a generous amount of Cooking Oil in a Skillet and fry the Chicken Breasts on both sides for One minute each side and then place the Skillet with the Chicken in - in the oven for 30 minutes

* Step 2

With 10 minutes left of cooking time - boil cold water in the kettle and then pour the hot water over the 2 empty Packets of cous cous and then leave for 5 minutes and then fluff up the cous cous with a Dinner Fork. Add the Apple and Plum Chutney to the side of the Dish and then add the cooked chicken breasts. Can feed One Person or Two is a very filling meal
