Microwave Scrambled Eggs

milk

25 g

butter

2 pinches

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Break eggs into your microwave container bowl with ventilated lid - whisk with black pepper in.

* Step 2

Add butter and milk - put the lid on and partially ventilate and then microwave on the 3 minute mark,if liquid spurts out - then stop - its done just before 3 minutes.

* Step 3

Pour the melted butter that remains - over the scrambled eggs and serve on a plate on its own or on Salad Cream on toast.
