Lamb Stew

Lamb not mutton. My stew recipes are easy. I believe that the meat must show off hey. Stand out.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a pan sauté the lamb in batches, on all sides till brown. In a Dutch oven, fry onion, celery and carrots for 5 minutes. Add lamb and fry for 15 minutes.

* Step 2

Add both stocks and bring to the boil. Add tomato paste and simmer for 2-4 hours. Garnish with some parsley
