Minced Meat and kidney beans

I got this great recipe from my sister Noku. It works for breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner. I made it for dinner today and served it with pita and hummus and green salad.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

On medium heat fry garlic till fragrant. Be careful not to burn it. Add curry and cook for 2 minutes. Add mince and cook till brown.

* Step 2

Open can of kidney beans. First add the brine from the kidney beans and cook for 2 minutes. Add the beans and turn heat to simmmer.

* Step 3

Then add red and yellow peppers and simmer for 15 minutes. Half way through, smash the beans to make it a bit mushy and season. Serve hot 😍
