KhetsBoiled Sweet Potato
This is my first time cooking sweet potato. I’m surprised myself. It’s pretty simple, it’s like cooking mealies.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash the sweet potato to get rid of the soil. In a big pot, add a little bit of water more like 1 CM from the base. Cook on medium heat covered.
* Step 2
If water evaporates replace with boiling water but add 0.5 cm boiling water. (Luckily I have one of those fancy kettles that keeps boiling water warm) Sweet potato is done once a fork can smoothly pierce the potato.
