Rice stuffed Turkey
Main dish for our Christmas Lunch. Merry Christmas to everyone. Bona petité!!!
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat oven at 180°. Wash and pat dry turkey.
* Step 2
Season with salt butter and chicken stock in and out, over night.
* Step 4
Sauté onions, apple celery and thyme till soft. Remove sausages from casing and add in. Season well to taste. I used chicken stock.
* Step 5
Simmer for 5 minutes and add nutmeg and pasley. Remove from stove. Mix it with rice and let it cool off
* Step 6
Stuff your turkey and cover with foil for 2 hours uninterrupted.
* Step 7
Remove foil and glaze with butter and put it back in the oven for 20 minutes.
