Crispy chilli beef ramen

Crispy chilli beef ramen

Classic ramen, and if you love spice in your life, give this one a go

Ingredient

beef stock

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Fry your mince until crispy with chilli, garlic, ginger and soy sauce, usually 30 minutes on a medium heat stirring often

* Step 2

Boil beef stock and simmer

* Step 3

Add noodles, and pak choi to the stock and cook for 5 minutes

* Step 4

In the meantime, boil an egg for 6 minutes if you like it runny, 10 minutes if you like it hard

* Step 5

Chop spring onions

* Step 6

Plate by pouring in your broth first, then beef, noodles, pak choi, egg, spring onions

* Step 7

Garnish with chilli flakes and sesame seeds
