Banana Chocolate Chip Baked Oatmeal

This quick-and-easy Banana Chocolate Chip Baked Oatmeal is perfect for a cozy breakfast or healthy snack throughout the week.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Pre-heat oven to 190°C. Grease a 9×9 baking dish and set aside.

In a bowl combine all of the ingredients. Stir until well combined.

Transfer batter to the baking dish. Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes or until center is cooked through. Remove from oven and let cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.

Serve topped with smooth peanut butter, banana slices, dried cranberries and goji berries.
