Shrimp and White Fish Pot-Pourri
There are too many ingredients for this to be a Six2go meal but it really is just as easy and just as quick. It makes a great high protein meal on its own or you can serve it with rice for an Over5days meal.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soften the onion and pepper sprayed Spray2Cook with in the microwave 2 minutes.
* Step 2
Put a deep fry pan onto medium heat sprayed with Spray2Cook. Fry the fish and shrimp until the shrimp is pink and the fish is solid white and flaky.
* Step 3
When the vegetables finish microwaving add them to the cooking fish and shrimp.
* Step 4
Season with garlic powder and pepper. As the fish looks ready stir through the crème fraîche and lemon juice.
