Shrimp Noodles

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut the green onions into short lengths then slice lengthways.
* Step 2
Put a pan of water on high heat until boiling. Add the noodles and vigorously simmer for five minutes.
* Step 3
Heat a wok sprayed with Spray2Cook until the Spray2Cook bubbles. Add the pepper and onion and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add the shrimp and mushroom and continue to stir-fry for 1 minute. Drain the noodles and add to the wok in small packages stir each package into the mix. Add the oyster sauce then stir fry to return the pan juices to the boil then serve.
