Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven 220c. Grease a baking tray.

* Step 2

Sieve the flour and salt into a bowl and rub marg. Mix in cheese.

* Step 3

Pour in milk and mix to fairly soft dough - it shouldn't be sticky.

* Step 4

Knead lightly then roll out. Dough must be at least 1cm thickm cut into rounds and then place onto a baking tray. Brush with little milk and then bake for 12 - 15 mins until golden brown. Cooll on a wire tray.
