Bbq pork and pepper stew

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cook rice

* Step 2

Halve green pepper and take out seeds. Slice into thin strips and cut into pieces.

* Step 3

Heat frying pan and once hot add mince, central spice mix and pepper chunks. Cook until brown

* Step 4

Whilst mince cooks peel and Grate garlic. Grate cheddar cheese. Drain mince once cooked.

* Step 5

Add garlic to mince stir in tomato puree chicken stock paste sugar and 250ml of water

* Step 6

Simmer sauce until thick. Then stir in bbq sauce. Fluff up rice and serve
