Apple jacks

Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Make apple puree by slicing the apples into small saucepan with lemon juice and dash of water. Bring to boil and simmer for 10 mins until soft. Using either a hand blender or fork mash the apple to a soft puree
* Step 3
Melt butter sugar and treacle in pan but do not let it boil. Stir in oats and cinnamon and pinch of salt.
* Step 4
Press half mixture into a 20cm sandwich tin. Spread the apple apple on top then cover with remaining flapjack mixture qnd bake for 25 mins.
* Step 5
Remove from oven and mark into slices but leave to cool before you remove from tin
