Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat to 180c. Grease and line two tins

* Step 2

Blend the Cocoa with hot water in a bowl and leave to cool. Add remaining cake ingredients and beat thoroughly

* Step 3

Divide between bowls and bake I'm oven for 25-30 mins or until cakes have shrunk slightly from sides and press lightly from finger

* Step 4

Turn out and leave to cool

* Step 5

To make fudge - melt marge in saucepan and then add Cocoa and cook for 1 min. Remove from heat and stir in milk and icing sugar. Cool a little until spreading consistency. Then spread between cakes
