Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Weigh ingredients directly into the saucepan for treacle and marg. Heat gently until marg dissolved
* Step 2
Add milk and beaten eggs. Stir well.
* Step 3
Separately mix dry ingredients and then slowly mix into saucepan. Add ginger jam too
* Step 4
Spoon mixture into prepared tin (greased 18cm / 7inch square tin)
* Step 5
Bake in centre of oven for 1 hr 25 mins to 1hr 30 mins. Oven temp - gas 2 / 300f / 150c
* Step 6
Once cooked cool and add toppings to hearts content
