Salad with salmon and honey-mustard dressing

We used leftover salmon for this recipe and enjoyed it as a quick and light lunch during these hot days.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and chop all greens and carrot and place it in a mixing bowl. Cook salmon fillet with some salt and pepper in the pan or use leftover salmon from previous meal. Chop it to smaller pieces.
* Step 2
Add salmon to salad mixture. Make the dressing by mixing all dressing ingredients together and pour it over salad. Serve and enjoy 😋
