Quick, easy and light recipe for these hot days 😋 This is our first recipe in which we didn’t cook the zucchini and it tasted yummy as well. #vegetarian #glutenfree Recipe inspired by fitshaker.sk

Ingredient

350 g

zucchini

100 ml

olive oil

2-3 cloves

garlic

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Put everything in a blender and mix to a smooth, creamy consistency. Serve with pasta or rice noodles. We used 400 g of rice noodles for 6 people, so the recipe was also gluten free 🙂
