Zucchini pancakes
It’s healtier alternative to potatoes pancakes (see my other recipe) and it’s delicious.

Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Peel, carve and shred the zucchini. Make a dough by adding flour, pressed garlic, eggs and salt & pepper. Add enough flour for making the dough thicken but still to remain partially liquid. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
* Step 3
Make a pancake and fry it from both sides until golden brown. Enjoy your meal 😋
