We were really surprised when we found out how easily you can make your own homemade peanut butter. It tastes amazing! (Boli sme prekvapení, aké jednoduché je pripraviť si domáce arašidové maslo. Chutí výborne!)
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Prepare ingredients. (Pripravíme si ingrediencie.)
* Step 2
At first bake the peanuts dry at 180°C for 8-10 minutes. Put warm peanuts into blender and start blending. If you want a butter with pieces of peanuts, put a small amount to the side after first blending. (Najprv si nasucho upečieme arašidy na 180°C 8-10 minút. Teplé arašidy dáme do mixéra a začneme mixovať. Pokiaľ chceme maslo s kúskami arašidov, odoberieme po prvom mixovaní časť nabok.)
* Step 3
Blend in 1 minute intervals and between them scratch the pieces of peanuts from the walls of blender with spoon. Keep blending until mass starts to look like butter, then add remaining ingredients. (Mixujeme v minútových intervaloch dokým nám nevznikne maslo. Medzi intervalmi lyžicou zoškrabávame nalepené arašidy zo strán nádoby. Keď sa hmota začne podobať na maslo, pridáme ostatné ingrediencie.)
* Step 4
Keep blending until smooth. (Mixujeme dokým nedosiahneme hladké maslo.)
* Step 5
Fill the prepared jar. We had a small one so we had to eat a little of it 😄 Keep it in the fridge up to 1 month, if it lasts so long [we usually eat it within 2 weeks 😅] (Naplníme si pripravenú nádobu. My sme mali trochu malú, tak sme museli odjesť 😄 Skladujeme v chladničke asi mesiac, ak vám toľko vydrží, nám väčšinou nie - zjeme ho na posedenie 😅)
* Step 6
Like this you can make the butter of your preferences - pure peanuts, chocolate, cinnamon, etc. (Týmto spôsobom si môžete vyrobiť maslo podľa vašich preferencii - klasické arašidové, čokoládové, škoricové, atď.)
