Simple Healthy Yogurt Cake
This is very simple yogurt cake that made with whole wheat flour and coconut oil.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat oven to 180°C/350°F, coat the loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray.
* Step 2
Combine all of dry ingredients, whole wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda and put it aside.
* Step 3
Place the coconut oil & sugar into a large bowl and mix well.
* Step 4
Add yogurt, egg, vanilla extract and whisk until well blended and vigorously whisk until well blended.
* Step 5
Add the flour mixture into the egg mixture and fold until just incorporated.
* Step 6
Transfer to the prepared pan.
* Step 7
Bake in the oven for about 45 minutes until a skewer inserted into the center of the cake comes out batter free.
