Pulled Pork Sandwiches

dry mustard

black pepper

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees Farenheit. Combine salt, sugar, paprika, dry mustard and pepper in a small bowl; mix well. Rub onto pork.

* Step 2

Place pork in large saucepan or Dutch oven. Add beer and vinegar. Cover and cook 3 hours or until meat is fork-tender. Let stand until cool enough to handle.

* Step 3

Shred pork using 2 forks. Combine with barbeque sauce in a large bowl. Serve on buns.
