Homemade Granola

Ingredient

4 cups

oats

1 1/2 cups

sliced almonds

3 tablespoons

brown sugar

1/2 teaspoon

salt

1/2 teaspoon

cinnamon

1/4 cup

honey

1/4 cup

canola oil

1 teaspoon

vanilla

1/4 cup

agave nectar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Gently warm the liquids in a small saucepan.

* Step 2

Mix all other ingredients except dried fruit in a large mixing bowl and stir together.

* Step 3

Pour liquid ingredients over dry and stir to combine.

* Step 4

Spread on baking sheet or jelly roll pan and bake at 300 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Stir halfway through.

* Step 5

Allow mixture to cool on pan. Pour baked ingredients in bowl with dried fruit, mix. Bag immediately to retain crisp texture.
