Cooking instructions

* Step 1

cut the potatoes in big chunks or wedges

* Step 2

cut the onions coarsely

* Step 3

preheat the ghee in a wok or pan

* Step 4

add curry paste and curry powder, cook 2 minutes

pour in coconut milk and bring to the boil, stirring constantly

* Step 6

add drained bamboo shoots, potatoes, onions, peas and broth

* Step 7

simmer 30 minutes

* Step 8

mix the flavouring together in a glass and add the flavouring liquid to the pan. Simmer 5 more minutes
