Egg Manaqish

A great breakfast. Eat with white cheese and black tea.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add the APF, salt, sugar, wild yeast starter and olive oil.

* Step 2

Add 200 grams water

* Step 3

Knead dough till homogeneous. Cover overnight till double in size.

* Step 4

Spread the dough to cover your preheated pizza stone.

* Step 5

Distribute mozzarella in a ring around the circle of the dough.

* Step 6

Break the eggs and arrange inside the mozzarella ring.

* Step 7

Use olive oil to spread on the outer crust and over the eggs.

* Step 8

Sprinkle salt and pepper.

* Step 9

Put in the preheated oven for 30 min till the top is golden.
