This is a summer staple at my house, especially when its to hot to cook!
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Shred imitation crab with hands
* Step 2
Add chopped onion, tomato and cilantro
* Step 3
Squeeze lime juice all over
* Step 4
Mix well and let sit for at least 30 minutes for better flavor
* Step 5
I top mine with avocado and hot sauce
* Step 6
You can add Serrano if you like spice. Add cucumber off you like crunch
