Suzette Sauce (not Flambe) adapted from the Settlement Cookbook-1965

This is a no-flame alternative suzette Sauce.

Ingredient

1/2 cup

unsalted butter

2 cup

confectioner's sugar

medium orange, juice and rind

2 tsp

grenadine

1 tbsp

each- cognac, rum, Cointreau,

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cream the butter, add the sugar gradually.

* Step 2

Add remaining ingredients.

* Step 3

Dissolve sauce over hot water.

* Step 4

Roll the crepes.

* Step 5

Add rolled crepes, one at a time, turning to cover thoroughly with the sauce.
