Leah's Vegetarian Passover Soup

Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Saute onions in oil until translucent
* Step 2
Place all vegetables in crockpot or stock pot
* Step 3
Add enough water to cover the vegetables
* Step 4
Add consommé, turmeric and garlic
* Step 5
Cook on high heat for 2 hours
* Step 6
Cook on low heat for at least 2 more hours.
* Step 7
The longer the soup simmers, the more flavorful it becomes
