Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 425°

* Step 2

Toss brussels sprouts & radishes with oil & salt.

* Step 3

Roast 15 min.

* Step 4

Add asparagus, stir.

* Step 5

Roast 15 min

* Step 6

Meanwhile, add vinaigrette ingredients to a food processor & pulse until scallions are in small pieces.

* Step 7

Toss with vegetables.
