Oysters with spinach
Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Grease bsking pan with coconut oil
* Step 3
Bake otsters in greased pan to eliminate water
* Step 4
Saute veggies in butter, 4 minutes
* Step 5
Add wine and spinach, cover and cook 4 min til spinach is wilted
* Step 6
Uncover and cook 4 min til liquid evaporates
* Step 7
Blend together cream, horseradish, 1/2 cup cheddar
* Step 8
Add to spinach and cook until blended, 1 min ish
* Step 9
Cover oysters with spinach mixture and add more cheddar to top if desired.
* Step 10
Bake a few minutes til bubbly
* Step 11
Let cool a minute or so, serve warm
