Southwest Chicken
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat olive oil in a large skillet.
* Step 2
Cut chicken into bite sized pieces and season with salt and pepper. Saute until Brown on both sides. Adding onions half way through.
* Step 3
Add garlic and Vikki for 1 minute.
* Step 5
Add green chilies and simmer until chicken is done.
* Step 6
Optional: garnish with cilantro.
* Step 7
Serve with refried beans and avocado slices
