Red cabbage onion and walnut tart

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F

* Step 2

Melt butter over medium heat then fry onions for 4 minutes

* Step 3

Add the red cabbage and continue fryi g for 5 minutes adding the seasoning

* Step 4

Add balsamic vinegar and cook for 2 min then set aside

* Step 5

Line a pie pan with puff pastry. Add cabbage and top with walnuts

* Step 6

Bake for 25 to 30 min until pastry is golden brown

* Step 7

Top with sour cream and parsley
