Stone fruit tart

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix together the flour, cornmeal and 1/4 cup vanilla sugar

* Step 2

Add in butter. Then add in ice water a little at a time until dough comes together

* Step 3

Wrap dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 min

* Step 4

In a mixing bowl stir fruit with brown sugar, lemon juice, rum, citrus extract,cinnamon and salt

* Step 5

Preheat oven to 400°F

* Step 6

Roll out the dough and put it in a greased springform pan. Pour fruit in

* Step 7

Bake in lower 3rd of oven for 40 to 50 min until fruit begins to bubble
